Role
Led data review, synthesis, and editorial development for the Convention Impact Report. Analyzed performance metrics across attendance, engagement, programming, and partner participation; identified key themes and insights; and authored the final narrative to align results with ALPFA’s strategic priorities.
Results
The Convention Impact Report synthesized data from a 6,000+ attendee national event, translating participation, engagement, and membership indicators into a clear executive narrative. By contextualizing session engagement, audience composition, and partner participation, the report demonstrated how the Convention functioned as a critical driver of member value and organizational growth. The final asset became a reusable reference for leadership, partnerships, and development teams, improving alignment and elevating how ALPFA communicates impact at scale.
